Ratings are not my norm but this must be known. I had a phlebectomy from Dr. Keyser just under three years ago. I had about 15 small cuts in each leg to remove vericose veins. Within a couple of weeks, one of the cuts developed an infection. I called the office only to learn Dr. Keyser was in denial such a thing could happen -- really? He asked I call back after a couple more days. I did and he agreed to see me -- infection confirmed. Apology accepted. Fast forward to a month ago. My vericose veins had reappeared in each leg. I chose to see another doctor -- Siragusa Vein Center. Upon having another ultrasound to determine the problem, it was discovered Keyser never corrected the problem with the vein -- only treated the symptoms. Now, after another $3K, Siragusa makes ONE incision in my leg, scopes the vein to repair the valves, i.e., treats the problem and note the symptoms -- no phlebectomy. Keyser -- mistreated, caused infection, and cost me $3K due to his negligence.

As a prior patient it is about trust. I simply trust Dr. Keyser’s knowledge, expertise, and judgement. One of the few of my health care specialists that takes the time to listen and provide clinical explanations/ diagnosis that a layperson can understand. Also, provides ample time for questions and diagnostic explanations. I highly recommended Dr. Keyser

Dr. Keyser is a caring, concerned surgeon who takes all the time needed to explain your condition. He is very compassionate, and during procedures, if you have any pain, he apologizes, and if possible, will give you another shot to numb the area. I am 70 and have had vein problems for many years. My legs are now pain free, no more restless legs, no sensitivity to touch and they look great!

I had a procedure called veinogram and laser surgery done by Dr. Keyser. I have been very pleased with the results of these procedures. They have helped my legs so much. Dr. Keyser and his staff are very professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dr. John Keyser.
