Dr. Culclasure performed cervical discogram on my neck. He kept me informed during the process and the impression notes were thorough and easy to interpret!

Dr. Culclasure did my epidural spinal injection. He introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do. He took his time and was happy to answer every question I had. I felt very comfortable with him. As he was doing the injection, he kept me informed to what he was doing and was concerned if I was having any pain.

I saw Dr John Culclasure in the late 2,000’s and had a bit of a time getting the pain pump to work, but in a few months i got pain relief for a unique, exotic spine situation, better put cluster of serious spine issues, that, on reflection now,I don’t believe i could have survived, had i not been in his pain clinic. . in short, Dr John Culclasure is one of the rare high tech heroes of medicine, a first class guy and first rate physician, who knows/knew his craft intimately. i was extremely fortunate to have had his excellent efforts working on my behalf.

Dr. Culclasure performed an ESI on me. He spoke to me before the procedure, so I knew what to expect and took the time to answer any questions. He talked to me during the entire procedure, explaining what he was doing and what I might experience. It didn't take Dr. Culclasure a long time to do the procedure. My pain level went down very quickly after this injection. I had relief the day after. This was my first ESI and my pain is 99.6 percent gone and it has only been 4 days.

Dr. Culclasure met with me and answered any questions prior to the procedure. During the EDI, he explained what he was doing as he proceeded throughout the entire procedure. He made me feel more at ease with the procedure.

Very kind, knowledgable, and listens to patient. The only reason I sought treatment elsewhere, the epidural injections were not helpful for longer than 3 weeks. Needed other options to control severe neuropathy.
