My first visit the receptionist scheduled the wrong time!! I was advised to reschedule my appointment after sitting in the waiting area at least 30 mins. I then return as requested the next visit. I thought the visit was for an EMG. I was advised the office does not do testing. I was only advised by visual analysis that my circulation seemed good. I am sure my insurance will be charged for an office visit that wasn't needed or beneficial. I was referred by my pcp.

Dr. Boll could not have been a kinder more intelligent surgeon. She was able to wisely guide me through a difficult situation in which surgery was not the ultimate choice. She has earned my trust and respect.
