Disappointed they won't see anyone who is self pay. I feel discriminated as if they assume you can't afford to pay for any doctors visits or treatments your self.

I was able to see my doctor and I got a good report. I highly recommend this facility for asthma, sinus, allergy patients. No longer do I suffer from allergies like I used to!!

Poor communication trying to call the clinic, or having them call back. They take way longer than the 48 hours to respond to messages. No one is ever on the same page. Slow to treat symptoms or do testing, you just have to keep going back instead of working collaboratively with the provider.

I have made 3 calls to make appointments and all 3 times over a 20 minute wait just to get someone to answer the phone! Today was 36 minutes! One time is a bad day...3rd time is a pattern! DO BETTER!!! Office manager should absolutely do something about this or be held accountable! Didn't help the person WHO FINALLY answered was dismissive and made sure to tell me they are the busiest clinic in all of Vanderbit (hard to believe) and i just have to wait !!! Just say you don't want my business then!

I get 4 shots from them weekly and the nurses are great to deal with! And their diagnosis/treatment plan really worked for my allergies. Highly recommend.I also recommend doing business with them in person, their call center is a mess. But it shouldn’t reflect on how awesome their docs/nurses are

I have been going to this clinic for many years. They are excellent and I have been able to get my allergies and asthma under control.

I waited an hour for my first appointment to even begin, and I can't say I enjoyed the attitude from the receptionist, who apparently found her job dealing with patients so annoying that she could barely make an effort. Finally, a nurse practitioner introduces herself, announcing that she has a cold and so she won't shake my hand. I might have appreciated her tact, but for the physical examination which followed, during which she put her hands all over my face and neck, while breathing inches from my own face. I'd imagine that at a SINUS clinic, someone sick with a contagious upper respiratory bug would take the day off, rather than put their patients at risk. I spent a total of 3 1/2 hours waiting between seeing the RN, one simple round of allergy tests, and then waiting on the RN again. If you have 4 hours to fritter away in an infuriating environment, this is the place for you.

Went for aspirin desensitization- with full PPO insurance somehow still owe about $1,400 AFTER insurance paid their 80%. I feel you should be more forth coming about costs and accommodating. No idea how an in-office “procedure” (taking half an aspirin every 2 hours while watching Netflix) can be so expensive.

We were referred to Dr. Chandra by a local ENT here in Knoxville in April because of a mistake that a previous ENT had made on my husband during a surgery in March. I really can't praise Dr. Chandra enough for taking good care of my husband. He had to do surgery on him to fixed the mistake from the previous surgery and while this whole thing has been a complete nightmare, I am thankful that we referred to such an amazing doctor. It makes the 3 hour drive there and back worth it because I know he is in good hands. The staff has also been great as well.
