Karee Hays Esthetics's Online Review Report Card

I had heard AMAZING things about this place. For the price, I thought it was fine...the woman who did the facial spent the first 20 minutes "selling" me on products and other things that I didn't want, which wasn't the most pleasant. I have had many facials and never had an issue. 6 weeks later my skin is massively irritated. I was not planning to post a review until I had to call them to get a list of products they used so that my dermatologist could help me figure out what's going on. I was truly stunned when they called me back. A woman was EXTREMELY cheery when clearly I was having a negative experience. She barely apologized and then blamed me for not calling them. I would not want them near my skin again after what happened, why would I go back to them (so that they could no doubt charge me for their overpriced products). No apology, no offer for refund. Just a cheery person pretending literally nothing was wrong. There are plenty of other great facial places in nashville for a more appropriate price - I think Karee Hays only wants your business if you are going to go monthly / purchase all of their products.

Bonus - they carry revision products as well! These Koji pads are crack for your skin. They are pricey but totally worth it… I have a special savings budget for skincare to get these. Very thoughtful team. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you for going above and beyond.

I can’t recommend Cat enough as my nurse injector! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. Her expertise shines through in every treatment. The results are always natural and beautiful, and I leave feeling more confident than ever. What I appreciate most is her genuine care for her patients—she goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. If you're looking for an injector who combines skill with a personal touch, Cat is your girl! I’m so grateful to have her in my life, both as a friend and a professional.

10/10! I could not recommend Cat enough. From professionalism to poise to skill and even more to client comfort. She addressed every question and concern I had while consistently checking in on how I was doing during my procedure. And the results SHOW. Just the mini glow up I needed. I visited Karee Hays Esthetics for botox injections & it was such a great experience! I was first impressed by how sweet & attentive the entire staff was when I arrived. I felt very welcomed by everyone I met. Sophie did my injections & she was so personable that I felt like I had known her for years. She was very thorough in making sure she was using the best product for the results I was looking for & what would work best for my skin. Karee is also one of the sweetest people ever! She was so excited to see the results when I came back for my follow up. I will definitely be back for more skin care treatments here. Absolutely wonderful experience!

I came into Karee Hays Esthetics a few months ago and saw Sophia for lip filler. I noticed after my swelling went down, the filler was terribly uneven. I’ve gotten my lips done before, and I’ve never had this problem. I’ve seen a few people online raving about this med spa, but I personally would recommend exploring some other options, wasn’t anything special.
