Kind and Thorough Dr. Mills spent time answering all my preoperative questions and calming my nerves. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. Her service was tailored to me and my needs. She explained everything in great detail about the surgery before we began and walked me through step by step during the surgery. Her demeanor is calm and patient.

Fantastic Performed my iLASIK surgery on 5/10/2022. Friendly, encouraging, skilled, and easily inspires confidence. Obviously results are not guaranteed, but I went from not being able to see the E on the eyechart to 20/15 in each eye. She talked to me throughout the entire operation which may seem minor, but when your vision is darkening it is easy to freak out. She kept me calm which let me focus on doing what I needed to do. I cannot overstate how much that helped.

Her Assitant was very pleasant And knowledgeable. Mostly did all of Katie Mills MD work. She told me my condition Suggestions Before meeting with Katie. When I met with Katie Mills Totally different. Katie Mills had horrible bed side manners, super snotty and snippy and barley looked in my eyes less than 30 seconds and tried to walk out. I had to ask her to wait, so I can address my concerns and symptoms. She said it was all but old age & Sent me on my way with a Cheap sample and no solutions to my condition nor A referral to someone higher up to figure it out if she couldn’t. Katie Mills judged me as if I couldn’t afford glasses nor Her services. Like I was a free loader based on my insurance. She was Very Rude and was unfriendly with her judging eyes towards me. It Looks like they prey on senior citizens with excellent insurance benifits when I was there.
