Dr. Smith is amazing! There is no one better. He is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed me immediately after I had endured 4 months of torture with another allergy doctor in town. I highly recommend checking him out if you’re looking for relief from things other doctors diagnose as “just allergies”!

We just began our care with Dr. Smith, and had our first appointment this afternoon! DR. SMITH WAS AMAZING!!!!! He was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and very personable. He was also very understanding of my sons fears of having multiple shots to test allergens and (for additional support) allowed us to FaceTime my sons dad, who was unable to attend the appointment with us. Nurse Sandy does not have the warmest personality but she is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, which we greatly appreciated. I’m not big on traditional medicine, so I was grateful that Dr. Smith offered more solutions than prescription medication. We are thankful to have found Dr. Smith and Nurse Sandy, and feel like we have finally found an allergist we can trust. I highly recommend him!

I’m SURE this doctor is wonderful, I’ve seen only positive reviews about him. That is why I chose to come here. Unfortunately I chose not to go into my appointment to experience that because the older of the two women at the front counter was extremely rude to me. This review is not about the doctor, but about the woman at the front counter. She spoke to me with a condescending and no-patience annoyed attitude when asked for an estimate of about how much an allergy test might cost on the high and low ends so that I could compare that with how much I expected to pay knowing my insurance would not cover this. I understand the exact price depends on what the doctor decides, and that I should have called in advance to get these estimates. However, my online research had me anticipating the costs to be about $150 less than what she described. I was very apologetic and explained I needed to reconsider if I could afford this appointment. I said I understood I am responsible for paying a cancellation fee if I decide not to go through with this appointment and that I’ll gladly pay that. (I work in an industry where cancellations can hurt me financially, so I totally understand this and already felt bad for wasting her time with these questions). She said she thought those fees would be $35 or $75. Again- annoyed and dismissive. Then she waved another patient over. I asked if she could find out so I could pay and cancel, because I didn’t think I could afford the test. The doctor said he wouldn’t charge me, and I am grateful for that. I’m not sure if she was annoyed that he didn’t charge me or what, but I was completely polite and apologetic the whole time. Apologized AGAIN for any inconvenience and said I know it’s my responsibility to find this out beforehand. This woman stared at me with a dirty look and responded by sarcastically asking if I wanted a copy of their financial policy (which I already signed and read). I can guarantee you that the other woman at the desk would agree she was being antagonizing and rude. I left in tears today made to feel like an idiot and then realized there was no reason for me to be treated like that. Luckily I’m an understanding person and realize that this experience is more a reflection of this woman clearly not having a good day or enjoying her job than of me. However, I regret ever walking in and I will not be back.

I must agree with another post. Just received a dismissal letter from the good doctor for not paying my bill. My family has used Heritage Medical for 15 years and never experienced such a rude letter dismissing us!! Must be a problem with the billing dept because no one has ever called or written about this before. I blame the doctor who signed the letter and will not even bother to go see him and understand the problem.!!

We've seen Dr. Smith for over a year now, we really love him! His nurse is VERY dry, but a good nurse!!! Dr. Smith is super knowledgeable and very thorough, he tested for items I would have never even have considered. His team also made sure we were able to get a free alternative brand epi pen as an option. We have sent friends here that equally loved their experience as well!

We came to Dr. Smith for a peanut allergy diagnosis last year for my so . He has been extremely helpful and is great with my kid. I'd certainly recommend him!

Love Dr. Smith! He literally saved my life. Hes very knowledgeable and stays uptodate on the latest treatments. Hes very personable, easy to talk to, understanding and all around nice guy. Hes great with his patients. His staff is very prompt, nice, professional and personable. When I have emergency situations because of my condition he works me in very quickly. I believe because he makes time for me when Im very ill I am able to avoid hospitalization.

We have enjoyed working with Dr. Smith. He's very knowledgeable about our rare allergy conditions and up-to-date on his research. We have worked with several allergist in the past and he consistently gives sounds advice and recommendations for treatment. He is personable and very easy to work with and talk to about health concerns. He's efficiant but I never feel rushed during our appointments. I would definitely recommend working with Dr. Smith!

My overall experience has been horrible from a customer service perspective. Many of the nurses have had horrible attitudes and the nurse that is over billing is not easy to work with. She doesn't do her job and expects you to do it for her. I wont be returning to their offices.
