Visits at the Billups Center were great when they were a full time operation. Then they cut their hours to 3 days a week. Since then I have not had a lot of office visits but the entire practice to seems to operate more like a hobby for someone than for a professional medical practice. Appointment made 3 weeks in advance. Was called 5 days before my appointment and told the clinic would be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the future. I had already spent over an hour of my time filling out an exhaustive check in form online. This to me is unprofessional. I had taken off work for this appointment. I too work in the healthcare field.

I have been waiting for a provider that would give me more than 5-10 minutes of time. Dr Billups made me feel comfortable and developed a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. I wish I had found Dr Billups sooner!
