Love Dr Rigtrup most of my family are his patients! I like that he treats patients as individuals and caters to our individual needs and we are not some statistic. He has worked through my issues with me even when I wasn't ready to address them! He didn't make me feel bad about it but was patient and even allows me to have input in my treatment and allows me to take more natural approaches if I need to, as I am sensitive to side effects of meds! He has been with my family thru my mom's scary cancer diagnosis that tk her in a matter of weeks. He has been long suffering with my dad's issues from head injury to diabetes to not complying and just being stubborn!! I love that we have open communication and if I am uncomfortable with anything he works with me to get to a place of comfort! We have a rhythm he knows me well! His staff have been my sounding board thru some difficult yrs as an only child dealing w sick parents!! Making sure to ask if I need support and to take care of my needs and to learn to set boundaries and say no if need be!! As you can tell I am happy w my Dr and his staff!!

The staff is always cordial. They along with Dr. Rigtrup make the visit pleasant which is not an easy task. If I didn't like Dr. Rigtrup so much I would probably find a doctor who is more convenient but I have lots of confidence in him.

I started seeing Dr. Rigtrup ten years ago when I first settled down in Nashville and he's legitimately changed my life over the years, I can't recommend him enough. He's very careful and deliberate and though in earlier years I sometimes felt like the meetings were a little rushed, he's just a very efficient professional and will most certainly very thoroughly address any concerns that might arise. I'll be seeing him as long as I possibly can.
