Dr Lawson is an awesome doctor! She communicates the diagnosis as well as the treatment plan in terms that are easy to understand. She answers questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend her!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Laura Lawson, my surgical oncologist, and her entire medical team. From start to finish, the care I received was truly exceptional, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Lawson inspired complete confidence with her expertise, calm presence, and genuine concern for my well-being. I always felt I was in the best possible hands, and that peace of mind meant everything during such a vulnerable time. This being my second diagnosis of breast cancer after 15 years, she understood my concerns. BTW, she was my specialist 15 years ago. I would also like to recognize Candice and the chief anesthesiologist and his co-captain, who were outstanding. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered questions with patience, and helped me feel comfortable and safe going into surgery. There was a nurse in the operating room who especially stood out—she shared that she was having a good day and had just had an energy drink to keep her going. We shared a good laugh, and that small, human moment helped calm my nerves more than she probably realized. To the nurse who took care of me during post-op recovery: thank you for your attentiveness and kindness. Although I was under anesthesia and can’t remember everyone’s name, I clearly remember how well cared for I felt. I also want to acknowledge the team members who transferred me from one bed to another in the operating room. That process was seamless, respectful, and reassuring—another example of how well this team works together. Every single person I encountered was outstanding. This team doesn’t just provide excellent medical care—they treat patients with dignity, warmth, and genuine compassion. I am deeply grateful to all of you and highly recommend Dr. Laura Lawson and her entire surgical team.

Dr. Laura Lawson was my doctor after her associate retired, and lucky me! She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and kind. She walked me through my 3rd breast cancer diagnosis where I had a malignant lymph node, which she removed recently. She is a wonderful surgeon and comes highly recommended.

I can't even begin to say enough great things about Dr.Lawson. The first time I met, Dr. Lawson I was very nervous not knowing what to expect under the circumstances of my condition. The moment she walked in, she was very pleasant to me. Not only is she a beautiful doctor. But she's very soft spoken, informative, and her bedside manner is incredible. Dr. Lawson explained to me all about my procedure, So I would understand and know what to expect. Dr.Lawson answered all my questions and assured me that everything would be fine. When I left, I felt a sense of comfort knowing I was in good hands. Dr. Lawson, is everything you would ever want in choosing a doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I really like Dr Lawson. She's been great during my visits, ultrasounds & biopsies. She's super nice & caring. She performed my surgery yesterday. All went well. I feel safe in her hands. Her office staff are excellent too, as well as Dr Gates, the radiologist.

Dr. Lawson is very thorough, great at explaining treatment options. She answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable having her be my breast surgeon.
