Dr. Lancaster was amazing. He performed an emergency bypass surgery on my husband. His bedside demeanor, caring nature and expertise were first class. We could not be happier with the recommendation from our Heart doctor who secured the services of Dr. Lancaster. We highly recommend this surgeon and thank him for his lifesaving expertise.

Dr. Lancaster performed a surgery on me several years ago. I have a very rare lung disease and have very specific protocol that has to be followed regarding my care. He refused to call my specialist, did not do any research on my condition, and was horrible to my family when they asked questions. I ended up being transferred to a higher level of care and had four more surgeries to correct the issue that his ego caused. Horrible care and a horrible surgeon.

My grandmother had lung surgery at summit by Dr Lancaster. She is 85 and can not see and is now needing assistance to do standard day to day while she recovers. She has to have oxygen. The office when asking how they can help immediately was repetitive in their answers not giving a why and when asked who was the referring physican was hung up on. When calling back days later after speaking to the home health nurse who stated my grandmother does not have the endurance to make the journey and asking the RN to call for a work around maybe with Oncology they stated I was yelling the other day when I simply was asking for help. When families are in distress the supporting roles should not be disputing or hostile. Hanging up is not professional and shows immaturity in being able to handle a difficult situation which Healthcare is full of. If you have a choice I wouldn't want to deal with this office that lacks empathy and heart.Stacey who work the phones are fully disagreeable and shouldn't be in the Healthcare division.

Dr Lancaster has preformed 3 surgeries on my husband over a four week time span We are very pleased with the care he received. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Lancaster also preformed surgery on my father in 2011. He was also pleased

My experience with the Dr was very minimal. I was in his office for about 10 minutes. Long enough for him to tell me what I was describing to him sounded like I needed to see a different doctor but to order an ultrasound to be done on my legs. He told Stacy at the desk to set it up. He really doesnt seem interested in you or how you are doing. Didnt even check my bloodpressure. Check my pulse with his hand and said everythinkg ok ?? Just got outta er with very high blood pressure but didnt seemed concerned whatsoever.

If I could give 0 stars I would, had a surgery done and it didn’t fix the issue and now no other surgeon can fix it because it was done INCORRECTLY. Now nobody can fix it
