Worst doctor on the planet, unless you're looking for one who ignores you. This practice stopped responding to my pharmacy for prescription refills and has never returned my phone calls. Crappy "care" all around.
STOP!!!! Please do yourself a favor and save some time and find someone else! There’s a reason this guy has 2 stars. I realize that you can feel trapped because a lot of the good Doctors don’t accept TN Care but believe me, and everyone else that has posted about this guy and keep searching.
Never have I ever had a so called dr like this man so rude I felt like a bag of trash. I asked him to to touch one area on my body and he did he hurt me so bad I am almost passed out... He don't need to have is dr licsens good will had to had them on sale.
Yes very great doctor not in out not long wait
In and out which is fine. Not much on actually knowing the doctor you mostly see a NP. But it’s quick so it’s fine.
Dr Loyd just does what he has to do to say he is a dr. The entire place is dirty, the staff is nice but very unorganized. Getting test results from them takes weeks instead of days because they say their fax machine is messed up. Do not go to this dr!
Dr. Lloyd Huang verbally attacked me this afternoon by getting in my face and yelling at me. I am a patient of Dr. Craion who practices under him in his office. He continued to escalate while speaking with his office person and eventually began yelling in my face while blocking my exit. My pharmacist heard the conversation and was appalled as I was with his anger and hatred towards me. I will never be back and I am filing a report with the Ethics Board.
I have been a patient for about 2 years. I have seen Dr Huang several times and his assistant. I have enjoyed each visit. The staff starting at the front desk to the young lady that takes your stats. I hate the process of giving blood, but the person who draws my blood trys to keep me calm. I have no complaints about the Doctor or staff.
I called a couple of times to explain need for Ear Wax Cleaning for my son. I was perfectly clear both times of the service I was inquiring about and as a result a 9:00 a.m. appointment was made for Wednesday April 11th. I took time from work, my son took time from school and arrived just before 9:00 a.m. They did not have a record of the appointment but said they could fit him in. I filled out paperwork and was then told that they could not see him because there was not an appointment. I voiced my negative opinion on this and asked them to please make their mistake right and she came back after talking to the Nurse Practitioner and said they could see him at 1:00 p.m. (it was now 9:35 a.m.). Make your own decision as to whether or not you want to use this provider - customer service is lacking as they showed no concern over my schedule.
So I was looking for a new primary Dr. about 3 weeks ago. I chose Craion because of his interest in sports med. The first day, my appt was a 1:15...at nearly 3 pm I step in the hall (because I kept hearing him) & finally grabbed attention to the fact that I'd been left that long. Not a very good first impression. The remaining visit was normal. He writes me something for the pain in my knees. Tramadol. Cool. Few days later I realize it makes me nauseous went back and ask him to write something else. He writes out a script for Mobic...on a scrap piece of paper no name no signature nothing. Next day I go back saying pharmacy would not accept. The staff proceeds to tell me that "no he just wrote that down to let you know what he was escribing" except that's not true. He didn't escribe until I went in after the scrap paper incident. Coincidently, on my first visit, I told them I think I was getting a UTI & could they check for that. According to the person that day all test were normal. I just got out of the hospital with an acute kidney injury brought on by a severe UTI. This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. Needless to say, I will not be going back

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
