Excellent knowledgeable staff. All participating providers in office top notch. I have seen all of them. I have been a patient of Dr. McElaneys' for 21 years since I was 17. Thankful for the sincere compassion all these years from this office. The best.

She was personable and took the time to listen to most of my issues, so in that respect, heads above other doctors. Her staff and lack of availability is reason for the 2 stars. Some of the staff in office are friendly, others are very uncaring and use very hateful tone of voice on the phone. I already can't breathe, I don't need the stress of dealing with jumped up receptionists that think they are better than the patients that are the reason they have a job.

Very compassionate about her work and especially the patient (ME)..She made me feel so important as if I was her only patient..She took her time moving mountains when they needed to be moved to get me seen..I really don't trust too many doctor's but this is the number one doctor for me...What ever she suggest I do and it hasn't failed me yet...

Dr. McElaney is without a doubt one of the best, most caring doctors I've ever had. I credit her with truly saving my life! She is one of those doctors who always put the best interest of her patients in mind. She is mindful, always aware of your history, follows you carefully. I would refer anyone and everyone to her and know that each person will be well cared for!
