Great staff. No judgement and a lot of help offered. Went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and to help all they could
I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to get an appointment. I’ve had one a month pretty much. They couldnt care less if I’m being real. The reality of it is.could of already been dead they wouldn’t even know
I called this ridiculous place to get an appointment for my son, who is struggling with severe mental health disability, and Kathy told me they not only not take Ambetter insurance, but they will not see him at all with no insurance. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. You claim to help people with mental health issues, but you don't give a damn about anybody except money. You don't even deserve one star. You guys are worthless.
Calling begging for a therapy session. With no luck. They’re real quick to tell you about the crisis team tho..
I really wish they would have kept some of the o.g.'s of the mental health field so that everybody could feel more welcome because familiar faces add to the atmosphere and the feelings that you get when you're welcome into a place like Mental Health co-op.
I've expressed many times the constant change in case managers triggers me. Everytime the new one calls I get mad and shut down. they have no interest in helping folks get better. they're just doing a job. I've had care workers tell the company and there supervisors. because I am unwilling to work with them. and they still do nothing. Lucas Bates
They have a high turnover rate for a reason. They claim trauma-informed care but all the organization cares about are "numbers" and "hitting your numbers" and have plenty of anti-lgbt+ people working here. Avoid if you can.
Very frustrating to wait a month to see someone just for them to cancel an hour before the appointment and reschedule another month out. They also told me this morning that they report to ICE so please take caution in what you speak about.
I called while in a mental health crisis and in need of a safe space and they promised to get back to me and never did. While my last stay was pleasant, my initial “onboarding” before being taken to another unit resulted in me seeing staff make fun of patients clearly in psychosis and just letting them fight.
Amazing staff and have helped me tremendously. They do important work and genuinely try to help everyone. These people deserve the upmost respect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
