I had a consultation with Dr Cash and his nurse Danielle and I could not have had a better experience. Nurse Danielle is a very big girls girl and she will be honest with you and make you feel very secure with your own decision, I appreciated that so much since I'm in my 20s for a breast reduction! Dr Cash is awesome and made sure ALL of my questions had an answer. He even spoke with my mother on the phone about the entire process since she could not be there. They made me feel so comfortable and were honest with me the entire time. My insurance accepted and we booked the surgery for summer, allowing for time to heal away from school. I am so excited and FULLY trust Dr Cash and his team!

I recently went to Dr. Cash for a breast reduction procedure and it was the best decision I could have made! Everything from booking my consultation, to the surgery and post op appointments went so smoothly. You can tell Dr. Cash and his staff care for each and every patient that they work with and love what they do. They take their time to get to know their patients, answer any questions patients might have and always made me feel extremely comfortable. I had a handful of consultations with various doctors in Nashville and Dr. Cash was hands down my favorite doctor! I could not be happier with my results and the care I received!!

I had a breast reduction yesterday with Dr. Cash I’m in little to no pain. Everyone at Centennial was so nice and made the whole experience wonderful. My primary care put in a referral. I waiting a few weeks to get in. Saw him at first visit on 8/30. Insurance approved reduction by 9/6 and had surgery 10/10. Everything was so smooth and quick. No stress. Definitely recommend Dr. Cash and his team. The girls at the office are just as wonderful and super helpful with anything you need.

Just a quick note to express how thankful I am that I chose Dr. Cash as my plastic surgeon. Dr. Cash was very professional yet down to earth, which made me feel comfortable with him and his entire staff!!!! I am beyond pleased with the outcome of my breast reduction. His knowledge & skills gave me a very natural look with almost no scarring. I couldn’t be happier!! I would highly recommend Dr. Cash to everyone!!!!

From day one I knew I made The right choice with Dr.Cash, I felt Very comfortable talking to him and his wonderful nurse and staff. He not only answered any questions I had But encouraged me to ask more questions! So many Doctors rush rush rush , not Dr Cash ! I had put off a breast reduction for years!why I’m not sure because I had Instant relief afterwards! Instant!! He did a beautiful job too! My breast look beautiful and after 9 weeks post op I cant even see scars you have to look very close !and still barely see them ! I also had a full tummy tuck with abdominal repair ( yes at 55 years old!) again he did a beautiful job! I actually wore a two piece at the beach! Which I have Not done since my late 20’s! I know My core will only get stronger and stronger after abdominal repair also, my back will love me ! Dr cash at each post op visit was so encouraging I left Feeling good and at ease that everything was healing wonderful. This was all a huge step for me huge! And I’m so thankful I did It and Dr Cash was my choice surgeon! He’s amazing!

I owe Dr. Cash so much more than a payment or thank you!!! I was literally seen in his office for a breast reduction consultation ONCE and he was able to get it approved through my insurance and scheduled my surgery all within one month. I decided to give myself 1-2 months to mentally prepare and find arrangements for my 2 daughters and was still able to schedule without having to resubmit anything. I had my surgery TODAY and I literally cried tears just now when I look in the mirror not to mention I feel lighter my first day. I have had nothing but a AMAZING experience from Dr.Cash, every person I came into contact with in his office, and the surgery center and staff there were nothing but SUPER SWEET to me. I literally wish he was a PCP so I could transfer. If you are looking for a GREAT plastic surgeon and you are reading this STOP and make an appointment with Dr. Cash there will be absolutely no regrets!

Absolutely terrible office. They absolutely have no respect for their patients. Constantly rescheduling my appointment and today was the fourth time and their excuse was we need to space out the schedule. Why schedule patients and reschedule them out a month in advance constantly if every time the excuse is we need to space out the schedule. Extremely disrespectful staff and it is very clear the physician does not prioritize or care for his patients but merely cares about the money.

I have wanted to have a breast reduction for at least 20 years. Dr. Cash and his wonderful team helped me finally achieve this goal and made it as smooth as possible. In the COVID era, it was not easy, but his staff worked to get my surgery scheduled exactly when was the timing was best for me. Being nervous, it was so helpful that the entire staff is caring, patient and personable. I cannot say enough about Dr. Cash and his team. If I ever were to have another procedure, I wouldn't consider anywhere else.
