It was very pleasant, soft spoken young lady, Amber that helped us with no pressure to buy. I love that my husband will have frequent visits to maintain his hearing aids.
We love the Bellevue TN office!! Amber is the best!!!!
I found Amber to be well trained and efficient as she worked through problems I was having with my hearing aids. She was a very good listener and had new ideas for ways she could help. I really appreciated her taking the time with me.
I keep getting ads from you via mail, addressed to my derceased wife who had no hearing problems. I also have none. One must wonder about your services when you send notices to deceased persons who nevere had a hearing problem.
They get your dead parents names when you have mail forwarded and hassle you to death with junk mail. If they were good they wouldn't need to do shady stuff like this.
This office was WONDERFUL with my 82 old dad! He has needed hearing aids for years, and we finally got him to get tested. The hearing specialist was patient and kind with my dad. We are all happy with the results, especially my mom! It's meant a lot to our family! We are very grateful!
Updated review - 1/8/24 This is a warning for all of you - do not use MIRACLE EAR for hearing tests and aids. I received an offer in the mail for a free hearing test plus a $50 gift certificate for Olive Garden. Since I'm old (77) and have never had a hearing test done, I went in. I can't comment on how good the test was because I had never had one before, but when I was done she showed me how my hearing was diminishing slightly, and then without pausing laid out the plan for me to pay over $200 a month for 44 months to get them. I told her no, my insurance pays $4000 yearly towards hearing aids (UHC). She said NO, INSURANCE DOES NOT PAY FOR HEARING AIDS - IT IS ONLY A DISCOUNT. That is a flat out lie - my neighbor 6 months ago got hearing aids valued at $4000 and didn't pay a penny. She told me I was wrong. Then without really letting me talk she got my month payment down to $103 a month. I said NO I am living on SS and can't afford that. My insurance will cover it. She insisted that insurance does not cover hearing aids. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth, came home to find out via email that I had been approved for a $5000 line of credit from some obscure bank I have never heard of or applied to. Deep digging into google (I couldn't get a person to talk to me on the phone) showed that this company Comenity Healthiplan does the financing for Miracle ear, which proved they gave MY information to this company - my social security number etc. - to them without my authorization. After posting a negative YELP review I was contacted from some bigwig from Miracle Ear which tried to justify everything. I just now got off the phone with her after I basically hung up and told her I was going to leave bad reviews everywhere I could think of. I did get the Olive Garden certificate BTW and have used it. I am writing this while it is all fresh. If you have any questions, please post them here. or emaill me janlyons29@gmail.com.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
