Excellent people ,for a person on the road to recovery there is no better place than this I recommend it
I absolutely love, love everyone at MPOWER‼️ I am almost 100% thanks to them working with me. From the time you walk in to the time you leave everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and in touch with your particular needs. They are AWESOME ‼️
The PT professionals are fantastic! Caring and understanding! Absolutely a 5 star ⭐️ facility
Great team. Very easy to work with.
Another health care company unethical billing practices. I'm just over it. They sent me yet a 3rd bill for the same service date because they forgot to submit a portion of my bill months ago. I actually did have great rapport with my PT, Liz. She provided great custom advice and support for my issues. But I can't justify going to a place where I feel like a new invoice can come out of left field. If you do decide to use this place, I highly recommend going self-pay from the start.

Great people. Getting me back on my feet after knee replacement surgery
First visit with sub PT the first week was great but visit with perm employee the next week was awful. Went to chiropractor and have relief for my arthritis pain in hip after two visits. Felt like my physical therapist at second visit did not really care about my pain.
Absolute worst company/ healthcare provider I have ever done business with. They keep saying I owe them money but not one person can show me where any payments I have paid have been applied. I have called dozens of times to get some explanation and I am told I will be called back with explanation and not one person has actually followed through and given me any answers. This has been going on over a year and they keep sending me random statements. I would never go back to get care from them and I would avoid them if I were you.
I used to think the world of this institution until I had to go get treatment in a different state. The facility looks great and people are nice but the effort by the therapists is minimal at best. They are not really serious about rapidly improving your condition. It has a corporate vibe to it and the goal is to maximize shareholder value. I treated two injuries here (2019 through 2021 and 2024) and have seen the service become more and more transactional with time. Its a shame because this organization is considered one of the best in town. I hope this serves as a wake up call

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
