Sara is fabulous! I've had this low back pain for 5+ years. I got temporary relief from chiropractic adjustments and some longer term relief from reformer pilates, but I was still in pain and hadn't figured out the root cause. Sara isolated the problem, sent me a quick & easy home exercise program, and my pain has improved probably 90% in 2 weeks with 2 appointments

I don’t think people understand that physical therapy can change their life because they haven’t been to Nashville Physical Therapy and Performance! I’ve formed such a great relationship with Brittany and her team. I feel so heard and taken care of each visit. Throughout the years I’ve been able to come in for various things and walk out pain-free and empowered to make distinct changes in my physical routine. As a fitness professional, I absolutely recommend this team for any current injury or even prevention! They’re amazing!
