The office personnel Heather, Amanda, and Michelle were professional yet personable and knowledgeable. They helped me with my insurance billing issues also. Dr. Daniel Mendoza was awesome also, so a great overall experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Mendoza’s podiatry clinic that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, the treatment I received was subpar, and the follow-up care was even worse. Upon noticing issues after my initial procedure, I attempted to address these with Dr. Mendoza’s office. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Amanda, was dismissive of my concerns. She insisted that Dr. Mendoza, having performed many similar procedures, could not have possibly made an error—this was without even reviewing my case or allowing me to consult the doctor again. The lack of bedside manner and apparent disregard for patient care were stark. It seemed their primary interest lay in the financial aspect rather than the well-being of their patients. After this unsettling interaction, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. The new clinic confirmed my suspicions: the procedure had indeed been performed poorly. Shockingly, they also hinted that this wasn’t the first time they’d seen patients from Dr. Mendoza’s practice with similar issues. Moreover, the cost of treatment at the second clinic was a quarter of what Dr. Mendoza charged me, which was astonishing given that my insurance coverage hadn’t changed. When I mentioned the price disparity, the staff at the second clinic were floored. Based on my experience, I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. The treatment and customer service I encountered at Dr. Mendoza’s office do not meet the standards patients deserve and expect.

Great place to get an ingrown taken care of. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. It didn't break the bank to get it taken care of and was done the day of.

Dr. Mendoza & his team are amazing! They took care of my son and made him feel as comfortable as possible in an uncomfortable situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I made my first visit at the end of February I found everyone very professional and extremely kind and caring. If I have any other foot issues, they will be who I call. Thank you to everyone for your care.

Was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment there was barely any wait time. When I was brought into the back, Heather took good care of me, did my x-rays and then I saw dr. Mendoza and he was very thorough. Very pleased with my experience here.
