Dr. Vandekar is an excellent therapist. I look up to her and respect her expertise in psychotherapy. She has a very warm and caring presence with her clients. Dr. Vandekar also has specialized knowledge and skill in treating trauma. She takes an interpersonal approach to her work and builds real and supportive connections with her clients. She is easy to talk to about the most difficult experiences. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Nashville area looking to start therapy.

Dr. Vandekar is amazing. She is a skilled therapist and has a very kind and gentle approach. It can be hard to find a good therapist who knows what they are doing AND truly cares about their clients, she is top notch.
