Natchez Trace Veterinary Services...Dr. Smith, and his entire staff, Megan, Suzette, Willie and others are the BEST in the business!!! We live over an hour away, and we joyfully make the trip to come to NTV! They have cared for our precious 1.5 year old Havanese, who started life with health issues but is now a strong, healthy and happy Boy! To taking care of our beloved 10yo St. Berdoodle! Words fail to express our deep gratitude for Dr. Smith and his amazing staff! We highly recommended Natchez Trace Veterinary Services!!!

Dr Smith and his staff are amazing! Very knowledgeable, great with our dogs. Always willing to answer questions and discuss options for care. Dr Smith is very experienced and genuinely cares about the pets he has as patients even when it's a well visit.

Highly knowledgeable veterinarian with a practical, common-sense approach. He provided excellent care for my poodle, offering both holistic and traditional treatment options. I appreciated that he let me choose the route I preferred for my dog. The staff were also very helpful. Pricing was very affordable. I couldn't recommend them more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taking care of your emotional well-being while attending to your pet's physical needs. We have taken all of our animals there, and in my opinion, there is simply no other place. Words cannot fully express the gratitude I have for the care we’ve received, from start to finish. It’s truly an amazing experience.

Had an annual checkup last Thursday… mentioned that my dog wasn’t eating and to look at his teeth to see if they were clean… after $300 for lazy check up, a couple vaccines and a heart worm test I was brushing my signs teeth that night and noticed he had a cracked molar. I called as soon as they opened the next day (it took 4 times calling for them to answer)… they told me over the phone without looking at it that the cracked part of his tooth would just naturally fall out…??? I called another vet and they immediately took him in with open arms and extracted part of the tooth. I have 2 friends that have had similar experiences with Dr. Marc telling them that whatever is wrong with the pets, it’ll be fixed naturally… including a badly hurt knee on a dog and a cat’s tail that was exposing 3 inches of bloody bone.

Do not take your beloved pet to NTV. After hernia surgery, Dr. Smith sent her home hours later with poor pain management. She became anemic, stopped breathing and I had to rush her to Nashville Veterinary Specialists at 4 in the morning. They saved her life. She was in the ICU for 36 hours as we waited to see if she would make it. The surgery was a hack job with very dismissive care. Do NOT recommend.

New to the area looking for a holistic vet option I came across Natchez. Everyone Has been great. I recommend them for Anyone who wants to find a more holistic approach to Your animals care.
