Neighborhood Health At Casa Azafrn's Online Review Report Card

When I walk in to check in I was greeted with a receptionist that hands me a tablet that had not been sanitized in a long time. The check in process was interrupted with vitals with a technician that made me feel rushed and I was early for the appointment. Then after being placed in an exam room that had not been attended to in awhile the sharps box was in need of emptying and the trash was overflowing with not but Spanish being spoken from the office staff while I'm in the room. Then Doctor Lorenzo come in the first statement out of her mouth is you need to be wearing a mask when neither of her staff informed me of such need. Then she states that she is not even my doctor when I was assigned to her through my insurance company along with her name on my insurance card. I started to explain to her about medication side effects that I've been having and she stated that she doesn't prescribe the medications that I'm on and then I needed to talk to my cardiologist about it but she's my primary care physician. Last time I checked ways she is who I report those to. So to end this review I would state that the office is very unprofessional and unsanitary and combative along with uncompassionate. If I could have I would have given it a zero Stars. Update 3/2 so I get a call from the CEO of neighborhood health this morning saying that I was refusing to wear a mask let it know that I was not refusing to wear the mask what I was call attention to was the fact that I didn't see the sign and that I interacted with two staff and had my vitals done before I was eve told that a mask was needed.

No son responsables mecaselaron la sita el mismos días y deje de trabajar ese días para ir ala clínica y mecaselaron canselandomela el propio días no está bien por k uno deja de trabajar para mi noesta bien esa es mi opinión lociento

TERRRIBLE 0 stars DONT BOOK! They promise you a appointment and cancel the day before, happened to me twice..had an Aug 24th appointment got rescheduled to sept 16th BOTH were canceled the day before. RIDICULOUS. I’ve never had a bad experience like this with any other office. They should be ashamed and shut down!

The front desk lady is rude and unprofessional, I will never go back there. If you don't like your job then just leave and let someone else who.likes the job do it!!!

Pésima la actitud de las asistentes ,son prepotentes te llegas 5 minutos retrasado y te cancelan la cita que por supuesto entiendo. Pero si llegas das una explicación y no estás exigiendo aún así que te atiendan ,solo que te den otra cita nueva y la recepcionista se pone a hablar sobre ti con las asistentes de adentro de ti como paciente y crítica en voz alta tu retraso y se pone en actitud prepotente es bastante incómodo,poco ético y si respeto. A tu persona y tú privacidad. Con respecto a la Sra Luz Salazar mis respetos es la única persona que vale la pena en esa clínica . El demás equipo puedo decir que te tratan de manera grosera como si fueran dueñas de la clínica . Para trabajar en un lugar así hay que tener Ética , y cariño para lo que hacen . Por cierto aunque llegues tarde te atienden una hora después así que hay que llegar con el tiempo del mundo para que te den atención cuando se les antoje dejar de chismorrear y trabajar .

Terrible Service . The Doctor attitude is very horrible and rude. Not recommended this place for those who really needs a good care from a Doctor , other wise you might even get mental illness . 100% Horrible service

Hi! I have never written a review unless I had an outstanding experience and I need it to be truly recognized. This will be my first BAD review. Worse than bad It was horrible and completely crushing. I went in wanting to confirm a pregnancy after 5 HPT showing POS. Nurse was lovely. Doctor came in said I wasn't pregnant and test was NEG. I asked how could that be possible if I had so many POS. She said, quote, "we are the experts with medical practice and know more than the HPT." I told her I wasn't questioning their knowledge or work and she said, "well sweetie your not pregnant and that's the answer you are going to get from us today. Usually when a woman is trying to conceive you will read false positives." ????????? I was in shock because I simply wanted to know what may cause false positives at home. She then refused to do bloodwork because , "it's not necessary." I was appalled because she doesn't know how long I've been trying, she doesn't know if I've ever miscarried/lost a child. I paid them the 25$ they required and will never be back.Don't have the doctors name but she was a female mid 40's early 50's maybe. Be careful!

El servicio de alguna de Las recepcionista es pesimo son una una despotas para antender a la Gente esta con una actitud horrible para eso Les pagan para que Hagan su trabajo qieran o no pero no para tratar a la Gente Mal ....Uno no puede llegar 15 minuntos tarde porque luego le qieren hacer a Uno una cita nueva pero Uno si los tiene que esperar hasta mas de 25 min cuando por exemplo uno tiene la cita a las 9 lo pasan a Uno Al cuarto y ahi Uno espera hasta Las 9:45 Uno si puede esperar 🤣✊👊
