I brought my son in for a severe tooth infection because we couldn't get a dentist appointment soon enough. The doctor forgot to call his antibiotics in so I was running around looking everywhere for his prescription after clinic hours. Then I was told they don't do pain meds. That's something I should have been told when I set the appointment up since I told them he was in severe pain.I'm going to take him to the ER just for pain meds. I should have just went to the ER and got everything done there.

Geez, watch out they don't reschedule you day-of your appointment and try to mess up your whole schedule. No respect for my time, I had to tell them multiple times that they NEED to make my original appointment date work because that's the date I told my job I needed off. Do better, Neighborhood Health! People have lives and don't feel like rescheduling because yall were unprepared 😡

I went to get labs done. And never got them done. Told me to come back another day. After I waited a hour in the room. They forgot about me. They didn’t even feel bad. Hate this place, they made me feel bad cause all I wanted was answers on what was wrong with me. And I will still not know.

Terrible. The front desk staff is an embarrassment to the entire health care administrative. They clearly have zero concern for patient centered care, and lack professionalism, basic customer service and the aptitude to efficiently prioritize patients with appointments over walk-ins of individual preference.

The front desk is great. One of the Primary Doctors that attends mostly everyone is not friendly and seems like she doesn’t put an effort to ease someones questions and concerns. Very upfront and tries to do everything so quickly. I was not satisfied at all.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year. Everyone there is fantastic at their job. Dr. Ibrahim is the best! She help me find specialist I needed to see. Even helped me get Tncare. The dentist office downstairs is awesome too.
