Neighborhood Health At Inglewood's Online Review Report Card

My mom goes here and the front desk lady is real rude and don’t want to help you when you ask her for help. My mom’s appointment was at 8:45 am and she was still sitting in the back and it’s going on 10:30 . They don’t know what they are doing it seems to me. Worst experience I’ve ever had to see . And I’m not even a patient here my mom is. The new staff needs to do better. I had to leave a star just so I could post . But they don’t get a star from me . Get it together ladies.

If I had my choice to give 0 stars, I would. I stated to them that I had some labs come back not so good. I had a first time appointment on Dec. 27th, they called me 2 hrs before my appointment and they canceled my appointment. So, I rescheduled for 10 am today, and again 2 hrs before my appointment and canceled it again. With my labs coming back like they did, I need a doctor that will be consistent. They rescheduled me again but I called my insurance and had them help me find a new PCP. After we found a new PCP, I called Neighborhood Health and canceled the appointment they just rescheduled. Worst place ever!!!

The receptionist are siick slick rude! Speak up so I can hear you speak! All that mumbling!

These people should be embarrassed for how they treat their patients. I came here to establish care and up my dose of depression medication. I told the doctor how I was feeling and asked him about upping the dose. His response was "We'll see" and this man just walked out the door and the nurse came in and told me the appointment was over. I was beyond livid. I had a mental health "counselor" call me and I told her he should not be "caring" for people. She told me she understood then set me up with a psychiatrist via Telehealth. Mahogany called me at 12:50 and I missed the call (we were scheduled at 1:00pm) and she left a voicemail saying I needed to reschedule...she called TEN MIN early! I called the main center and they gave me some run around BS about "I don't see you on the schedule, I can't get ahold of her" blah blah blah. It's insane to me that you cant get ahold of your providers.This company is overall GARBAGE. If you value yourself and your mental health find a different place.

Call up there multiple times even talk to the head manager there told me my refill will be made I called Walgreens they never got called I had appointment they said they call me three times I been waiting by my phone the hold time these are the worst people

Dr. Nelson is the worse Doctor I ever met and had. I've been waiting 2 months for insulin for my type 2 diabetes, all I can say that you got your doctorate degree for all the wrong reasons if you don't even care or give care to your patients. It's sad when your actions only cares for that paycheck.

Deserves 0 stars. This facility neglects and abandons their patients and that is illegal. They are basically ghosting their patients including my husband who is extremely sick and cant even get anyone to call him back. For 6 weeks we have called over and over and been promised that a message would be given to a dr or nurse and it seems like the answering service doesnt even bother to put in the request. They never called his previous dr to confirm his diagnosis and so what are they doing ? We are inclined to take legal action at this point because they are legally responsible for patients under their care and god forbid something awful happens in the meantime of waiting for someone to actually do their job if they were neglectful then there are laws against that. I would suggest that they shape up and stop hiring lazy people who are putting them at risk of serious legal issues.

Everyone is giving it bad reviews but this place is super friendly and cheap. The people here know what they are doing and if you have any questions just simply call, same thing if you have an issue.

This is the best Neighborhood Clinic in Nashville,TN. I have been to the Due West location and was always treated bad. The Inglewood location is much better, cleaner and the staff is very nice to you. Will explain things to you and do their best. Madison folks, need to go their instead. They are even on s bus line, no walking!!

If you have been abused and mistreated by this doctor contact the board of physicians. I had an appointment today for over a month. I have to have an advocate with me due to some issues. We were screened for coronavirus and then was told that I would not be able to have my y advocate with me. Asked why and the woman told me that the Dr was not going to let him go back with me.They knew he was coming asked covid-19 questions and answers no to all. Still Deanna Wright began to be hateful and rude. Horrible Dr and staff.
