appt was Monday 9/13/21, Dr Cox saw me as new patient as a T1D brittle, this man continually insisted I do something which is detrimental to my health & controlling my sugar levels,, instead of approaching issues of finding cause of why my blood sugars drop drastically he states I’m too dehydrated & should be in ICU!! He’s very unprofessional & stated my sisters dead because she didn’t follow care instructions!! How dare him to say anything about a person he has zero knowledge about their medical care or their obedience to their health care!! He’s not a doctor I’d recommend to anyone who’s a health care professional & knows how to care for themselves!! This doctor has no idea of my knowledge or level of education. He uses scar tactics & verbiage to attack you to get you to conform to what he wants regardless of repercussions on your own health!! He has little knowledge of how to care for a T1D!!!

The nurses are very nice and we love our Physician there but the people at the front desk are rude to someone every time I’m in there.
