Ive been a client with LifeLinks now Arosa Nashville since 2012.My twin sister had become ill and was in an assisted living facility. With no other close family members to rely on I needed a backup plan with two components One emotional support for me to ensure that my sister was receiving the best most appropriate care as well as medical transportation assistance as needed. Secondly a plan to ensure care for my sister in the event that I predeceased her andor for taking care of me in the future. After contacting several care management agencies I selected LifeLinks. Their knowledge passion for compassionate caregiving and commitment to quality customer service was evident and Im happy to add that every person that Ive met who works for LifeLinks shares and shows that dedication.My wombmate passed away in January 2017. I am especially grateful to Jodi Jackson who was with me every step of the way accompanying us to doctors visits sharing her professional perspective and supporting me through this tremendously emotional and difficult experience.LifeLinks continues to be a blessing in my life giving me the comfort of knowing that they will be there to assist me should the need arise either short or longterm. LifeLinks staff have treated me as a friend and as family. I am forever grateful to LifeLinks and wholeheartedly recommend them and would be happy to have conversations with anyone who may be considering similar options.

I work with Arosa because I am the parent of an adult with Autism. My goal is to have the company establish a relationship with him and be able to step in to coordinate his care when something happens to me. Without family living close I have some comfort knowing that I have a plan in place to care for my son.

I entrust my disabled sister with the care provided by the Shelbyville Arosa team. Everyone from director to caregiver are compassionate and dependable in meeting her needs from light house work to errands. My sister looks forward to their arrival each day as they also provide the social companionship she desires. It is a real comfort to know my sister is being taken care of for there is no immediate family nearby and I live 600 miles away.

I am a pretty shy person until I get to know someone but their staff is so easy going that I felt comfortable to talk too. They listen to both sides. I have a disability and they word stuff thats easy to understand. They also help prepare to live independently if you need a job they guide you in free services first then go different routes that may arise. Ive been with then for the past 6 years and would be lost without them. I could keep going but this is a little bit of what they do.

I am so thankful for the Care Management Services provided by Arosa. Trying to journey through Alzheimers has been daunting but with Julie our Care Manager and Rhonda our RN the journey has become easier. Their knowledge of resources advice help and caring support is wonderful And most recently the Caregiving service that Arosa offers has really helped us. Julie and Rhonda know us and our situation so well they were able to provide us with a Caregivier that meets our needs perfectly.
