I cannot say enough good about the Nuvia in Nashville. Every person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and they share every bit of information that they have to give. They answer questions that you don’t even know you have. I have scheduled my surgery date to April 24th, and I am sure I will feel the same way about them when I am done with it. I have gone to so many different consultations to figure out what is best for my situation. After being fully informed about every step of the process and realizing what I am getting in to, I made the decision to go to Nuvia. While waiting to be seen, I noticed the receptionist spoke to everyone by name as soon as they walked in. After my second visit - she knew my name also. You can contact people at the office - speaking to real people. They will be more than happy to help with anything. As rough as this process may be, the people of Nuvia made it so much easier than every other place I have dealt with. These are also permanent implants - which I was not aware of when going there in the beginning. When I found out they are, I expected at least twice the price of all the other places I’ve dealt with. I was pleasantly surprised that they were not! Pricing is better than everywhere I’ve been - even the snap-in’s would have cost me more! This is a major life changing decision to make. I’m so happy that I’ve found Nuvia to be there with me, guiding me each step of the way. Thank you to all of the staff in Nashville!!! I appreciate every one of you!!!
