My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed, he was in severe pain around 10pm after giving him all the medications prescribed. I've reached out to the on call doctor since 1040pm. It's now 12:38am still no call. The staff there is also rude!!! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to Noone. I will be reaching out to his referring dentist first thing when they open. Hopefully he will referral other patients somewhere else!!! Only gave 3 stars for Dr. Richardson he was awesome, only took 40 minutes to get my 15 year old son 4 wisdom teeth removed.

Dr. Richardson was amazing for my wisdom teeth removal. He was very informative and reassuring during my consultation as well as before my actual surgery which was very helpful as a highly anxious person who is freaked out by oral surgery! My whole extraction only took about 30 minutes and considering 2 of my teeth were impacted and I had all 4 taken out, was amazing! I’m not sure what kind of magic he performed but my recovery has been beyond easy. Wait times are kind of long (at least with my experiences), but personally that isn’t much of a bother. Highly recommend Dr. Richardson and OMS Nashville in general!

Our son recently had his wisdom teeth pulled at OMS and we had a great experience. From scheduling the appointment, to the initial consultation, the actual procedure and post appointment follow up, they were knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. They explained everything in depth and made us feel comfortable about the process. We highly recommend Dr Thomas Bailey as well as Gabriella, and Kelsey on his team. Thank you team for your kindness. Much appreciated.

I will admit I am an absolute Chicken when it comes to the Dentist let alone Oral Surgeon!! Dr Thomas Bailey and staff took GREAT care of me! Addressed all my concerns, went over and above to ensure I was comfortable before proceeding with an extraction. The extraction itself was done in what seemed like 60 seconds. ABSOLUTELY recommend for your Oral Surgery needs!! I was completely impressed and when It comes to the Dentist that speaks volumes because it is very hard to earn my trust and they did in one visit!!!

Kasey and Heather took great care of my son during his procedure! It went super smoothly and they helped keep him calm and comfortable. Dr. Cone did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend if you’re needing dental work done!

Dr McLeod and his team are fantastic! Getting teeth pulled and getting ready for the implant process is stressful, however Dr McLeod and his assistant Jennifer made me as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Very caring and professional. This is my 3rd implant, all by Dr McLeod. If you are a candidate for implants, this is the place to go. Also a shout out to Riley who did a great job of reaching out prior to this process to explain cost/insurance coverage, etc. she was very thorough and has an excellent knack for providing a pleasant customer experience!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Gregory Richardson’s professional and expert care when considering dental implants. I personally visited 4 different surgeons in the Nashville area and almost gave up. I’m so glad I persevered one more time. The office staff is very attentive along with the dental assistants. I experienced absolutely no discomfort at anytime. Dr. Richardson of OMS Nashville couldn’t have been a better choice. Thank you so much … Linda
