Very kind and caring staff. Dr. Wicke explained everything that was going to happen and did a great job. I highly recommend.
Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed everyone was nice. Follow up one week later was quick and easy removed a loose stitch without me having to ask. Great experience.
The incredibly kind and talented staff took amazing care of my husband who went to them for an urgent root removal. Dr Wicke and assistant Cathy were absolutely wonderful. Our family will definitely return for any future dental surgery and highly recommends this team. 💯💯💯
I saw Dr. Wicke and his assistant Kalie for extraction this morning in the Nashville office. Much easier than expected.
Had the best experience you possibly can have while getting your wisdom teeth out. Dr. Wicke and his team were calming informative and took great care during my procedure. 1010 would recommend to anyone looking for the best oral surgeon in Nashville
Surgery went well doctors beside manner was great. However it would be great to have follow up appointments In the same office I had the surgery in.
Money hungry during a Panini. I talked with two different receptionist for referred surgical tooth extraction. Canceled my appointment asap after the second conversation. I recommend finding an alternative office
Everyone from the folks at the front desk to the nurses assistants and surgeon were spectacular We had a particularly stressful situation and everyone jumped in and provided their full support in a caring but professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Wicke and Assistant Kacie we especially amazing. Kacie wasnt even scheduled to be at our appointment yesterday as she was working with another team but she heard my daughter was there and wanted to check in on her. She went above and beyond and sat with her to calm her down and reassure her when we had to come in unexpectedly. Im just overwhelmed with gratitude for the entire team
While I don’t submit reviews often it’s unfortunate that one of my first will be a major criticism of OMSNashville.Three months ago I met with Dr. Wicke and had a rather positive consultation on potentially going through orthognathic surgery at some point in the future. I was told that after a month or two we would have the necessary precertification from insurance to be better informed on cost etc. Two months go by and I check in. No update so I figure we’re still waiting for a response from the medical insurance provider. I call the following week and speak to Peyton for the first of multiple phone calls. Find out a confirmation number was allegedly not provided by Dr. Wicke and that they had to submit that but that was told that lack of info wouldn’t hold up the process.More waiting. No return phone calls. I call again. Each time I am given some sort of excuse the most recent being that they’re now expediting the claim and I’m now their 1 priority probably because I’m losing faith at this point and to expect a call after a few days.No phone call. I wait over the weekend and finally decide to call my insurance provider. It’s relayed to me that it wasn’t until a week ago that any claim of any kind was ever submitted and of course there was again missing documentation which was requested and never supplied in a timely manner resulting in a denied claim through the incompetence of OMSNashville. Provider tells me that the next step would be an appeals process but after all the mishandling and misinformation that’s been relayed to me at this point I realize OMSNashville isn’t the organization I want to deal with any longer. They’re nice on the phone but obviously file any needed paperwork properly. Still I call them to let them know that they’ve lost a potential patient with me. Peyton of course isn’t available likely dodging my calls by now so Gillian gets an earful from me sorry Gillian.I’ll admit that I’m a little envious of any patient who successfully gets through the paperworkinsurance process and eventually receives the care and procedure they’re there to receive but unfortunately I never made it that far. Three months of being patient has resulted in me having to start from scratch. If there was a way I could charge the folks at OMSNashville for my lost time and high hopes you’d better believe I’d do it in a heartbeat. I hope that anyone else that decides to move forward with them has a much better experience than I did.
Went to OMS Nashville upon a referral for a simple evaluation. They told me same thing that my normal dentist said and nothing more that I would need a tooth extraction and possible implant. Wanted to charge me a $95 just for walking in their door I started to walk out when they told me that then to entice me to go back in they said my insurance would pay for it. Today I received a $95 bill for them doing absolutely nothing. When I was there talking to the person doing the charges I wanted the detailed bill for how much the whole procedure would cost for a extraction and possible implant the lady seamed upset and annoyed that I asked for the detailed report. I dont like reprisals or hidden costs. Im sorry to have bothered you for asking such a question. 😠On the Plus side the doctor that I spoke to for the 3 minutes I saw of her her assistant has beautiful eyes

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
