I started going here a few months ago. I had a consultation with Melissa and she recommended a treatment plan to help me get ready for my son’s wedding next year. I’ve upgraded my skin care routine and had 2 microneedle sessions with Amanda and the results are amazing. My face is smoother and clearer already. It is definitely an investment but so worth it to look and feel younger!

Patty at Ona Skincare on Fatherland is an amazing Aesthetician! I have received several facials from her including the Diamond Glow & Microdermabrasion. Each treatment has given me noticeable results with improved texture & skin tone. Highly recommend her services!

Omg LET me tell you about Ona. OK FIRST of all, the front desk?? ELLLIIIIIIITTTEEEE. Like, im sobbing. They are happy to help, so friendly and so patient!!!!!!! You will not feel out of place when you walk in here. Five stars. 20 STARS. 10/10. I love them. Now NATALIE???? She’s done my Botox and filler and when I tell you I’m obsessed with her work (hilarious when you consider her work is my face LMAOOOOO) but it’s an understatement bc I don’t have the vocabulary to express my true feelings. She’s enthusiastic about her work, VERY knowledgeable about how to utilize injectables to get you the results you want, but also willing to guide you if you’re not sure what you want and just wish an injector would point you in the (aesthetically) right direction!!!!! 20 STARS. 10/10. I love her. ONE MORE THING!! Melissa has been doing my tattoo removal, which takes time and isn’t FUN (iykyk), but she’s SO kind & patient and makes it all manageable. (Ps. From what i understand, she’s also the owner and everyone there is always so genuinely cheerful and friendly. So, fwiw it seems like a really great work environment so shouts OUT to Melissa for that bc there’s not enough of that in the world). 20 STARS. 10/10. I love her too.

I have been going to Ona for about a year now and cannot recommend enough! This is the 3rd place I’ve tried for laser hair removal, and the only place where I’ve gotten results! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my results!

I've greatly enjoyed the services I've received from the East Nashville location. Melissa is very knowledgeable and has been generous in taking time to answer all my questions. The front desk staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I will continue to come back!
