Very abbreviated. He ordered a brain MRI and an aortic ultrasound. I called to get results and he had ordered the nurse to tell me to get the results online and take them to another provider and he would see me in 6 months. I searched online for 2+ days to understand that I have a life threatening disease. He would not speak to me about the diagnosis. I do not recommend that anyone take a chance on an experience like this.

Dr. Mendez, is the best doctor. He listens carefully to understand your needs to resolve the issues! He is very thorough in explaining the diagnosis and take action. His office staff is wonderful. Called his office on a Friday morning and I was Blessed he could do a Telehealth visit within 30 minutes. New patients he is worth waiting to get an appointment!

Dr. Mendez created an immediate sense of trust and confidence in him. He began by verbalizing a concise overview of my prior medical history leading to the actual exam. He focused, listened, explained the plan and answered my questions without creating a sense of rushing.

Dr Mendez listened with attention to all my information and insured that I understood his evaluation of my concerns. He was conservative in his treatment philosophy which I always appreciate and did not suggest going in with the strongest possible methods. His experience and interest in me gave me confidence that I had chosen the right doctor.
