Deborah Ward is a cold woman who lacks compassion. Unfortunately her job involves working with disabled young adults. This is a job that requires basic human decency AND compassion. The staff that monitor the girls house act like they own the place and even if you have work early in the morning they won't allow you to come downstairs because they like to sleep on the job on the couch. While staying at park center my rights posted on the wall were constantly violated. Two girls left due to the issues with park center and preferred homeless over being in the program. Deborah likes to state that there's an incredibly long waiting list but I overheard that the program is on the verge of shutting down due to lack of interest. Which isn't surprising since this place loves to take advantage and abuse the mentally ill and disabled.
