Due to my perceived urgency, I was able to be seen on the same day I called for an appointment. Dr. Saitta and his nurse Jeri Ann both heard and understood my concerns. I left the office feeling relieved and with a viable treatment plan in hand. Thank you Dr. Saitta and Jeri Ann for the care and compassion you gave me.

Colonoscopy Interview I met with Dr. Saitta prior to my colonoscopy. He and his nurse were very professional. Dr. Saitta asked if I had any current problems or issues of concern. He was thorough as he got to know more about me. We did get the procedure scheduled and I am quite pleased and impressed.

Coming from someone that has had GI issues all my life and works close to the healthcare field, I can tell you that Dr. Saitta is by far the best GI doctor I have ever had, and I don't plan to have another. For me, I just want doctors to be good doctors. Personality aside, being a really competent doctor is the most important thing. But Dr. Saitta does have a great bedside manner and he is an excellent doctor. He followed up with me over and over. He and his staff would remind me I needed to check in to make sure things were OK. Doctors are not perfect, but they are also people. Everyone I interact with, I try and ask them how their day is, or how their family is? Maybe the doctor had surgeries that morning and found unexpected complications. You don't know how hard someone's job is, but even if it is your appointment, you can ask how they are. Dr. Saitta is a very kind, genuine person, which only adds to the knowledgeable, skillful doctor he is. If you have questions, he will answer them. If you have concerns, he will address them. He has seen my mother and my grandmother plus many more people I have sent, and they all say what a wonderful experience they have with him. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I saw Dr. Saitta again, due to my non-compliance with previous instructions. Dr. Saitta was not judgmental. He asked detailed questions, ensuring he thoroughly understood my symptoms. Dr. Saitta was forthcoming and clear, explaining probable cause as well as recommended next steps. He is thorough, professional, empathetic and does not expedite his examination. Overall, first rate Physician and Gastroenterologist.
