I have been with Dr. McNabb for 20 years now and dread the day he retires. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. He takes his time, is thorough and makes sure I understand everything. He also has a great sense of humor. The staff including Martha and phlebotomist Laneesha, are great too!

I had a hip replacement that got infected. Dr. McNabb was called in to help me with it. I found him to be knowledgeable and caring. He was aggressive in treating the infection while not recommending anything he thought was not necessary. His follow up was good and he always took time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

My husband,Billy Wayne Dorris became a patient of Dr. Paul McNabb on Dec. 23 ,2014 in St. Thomas Hospital Mid Town, Nashville, TN. He was diagnosed with nocardiosis pneumonia which had spread to his brain. He was very seriously ill. Dr. McNabb treated Billy for over two years in-patient and out-patient. This was a long process throughout which Dr. McNabb used his expertise and experience treating my husband. Dr. McNabb was always compassionate, kind, always available to us. I have no doubt that Dr. McNabb saved my husband's life.

I highly recommend Dr. McNabb because of his degree of knowledge and bedside manner. He listens attentively and answers any questions you may have. If you are experiencing a problem outside his level of expertise, he knows his patients and refers them to the proper specialist to meet their needs. I have been a patient of Dr. McNabb's for approximately 16 years and have never been treated as if he is having a bad day, his demeanor is always pleasant .

He has a right to be arrogant....at one time he was one of the smartest MD's in Nashville and probably still is!
