Frustrating Experience with Billing and Communication I had high hopes when I decided to work with Prosperity Fertility, but unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating due to their poor handling of billing and communication. I provided my updated insurance information in July 2024 and have since sent countless emails, texts, and made multiple phone calls trying to get this resolved. Each time, I was told, "We’re looking into it," but five months later, I’m still waiting. I’ve now been referred to the billing department, which seems to have completely stopped responding to me. This delay is beyond unreasonable—especially considering I paid upfront, showed up on time for appointments, and answered every call promptly. Whether my insurance covers anything or not, it’s basic protocol to bill the correct insurance in a timely manner. As for the surgical experience, while Dr. Pollard performed the procedure well and I would recommend(tese surgery), his comments beforehand raised my expectations unnecessarily. He assured me he wasn’t worried and was confident he’d find semen, which unfortunately didn’t happen. While I understand not everything is within a surgeon’s control, those comments left me feeling misled and ultimately let down. Overall, my disappointment isn’t just with the outcome but with how poorly the office has handled their administrative responsibilities. I hate leaving a negative review, but this situation has been incredibly frustrating and avoidable.

Dr. Pollard and the Posterity Health team have been so kind, helpful and compassionate! I’m so glad we were referred to him as he’s already given us hope and answers we’ve been seeking a long time.

This place is trying to charge me 75 dollars for scheduling an appointment that I never confirmed. We are trying so hard to get a baby and save money and these thieves are trying to charge me for something that their automated system makes them charge for. Not one time did I say okay, this appointment works for me. So wrong.

Dr. Pollard is an excellent urologist. He diagnosed me accurately within minutes and we scheduled a surgery to take place. The microscopic surgery was over quickly, within 45 minutes. It was also painless, even during recovery (other than mild discomfort) -- and I was back on my feet in two weeks. Undergoing this surgery has had a very positive impact on my quality of life. I'll also note his staff was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
