My dental hygienist was sensitive to my needs and concerns. She was professional, thorough, patient. Staff assisted me to my car due to my unstable gait. The Dentist appeared for a personal greeting and assessment of my teeth.

I wanted to give this office a higher rating since I was referred by a trusted friend. Unfortunately, my experience was sub par. My first visit, a debridement cleaning, went okay although I had to wait over 30 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. They ran my insurance and provided me a treatment plan based on my coverage. I ran 8 minutes late to my follow-up appointment the doctor claimed she could do only 2 of 4 fill-ins, and would also have to split my cleaning into two separate appointments (for "insurance purposes"), so I rescheduled. On the reschedule date (almost a month from my initial visit), they called me and told me my insurance was "out-of-network" and that I had to cover the complete balance from the first visit out of pocket. I set up payment for this charge and vowed never to refer anyone else. Maybe I should have seen the ramped up charges coming from the doctor spacing out the treatment, or maybe they're over or underbooked, but their lack of due diligence in my care was off-putting. They clearly rely on established clientele, which is fine, but if you're a new patient, GO ELSEWHERE.
