All about money told me one price . Then when I told them I already done payed the doctor . It was was for xrays dr already has xrays they where done in his office. Offer to give them a 1000 up front an I ask if they could bill me after I get back to work full time off short term disability. An they turn me away from this place. Pretty shady place . Form my experience hopefully my Dr can get me in somewhere else so I can have my surgery.

Every one of them was so kind. I’m talking from the front desk to the nurses just all of them. They were just so sweet and attentive. There are drinks and coffee and snacks in the waiting room for people and after my surgery was over the nurse offered me a soda to take on the road with me They’re amazing I mean absolutely amazing and Dr. Melton, highly recommend him

I’ve had 2 wrist surgeries here in the past year. The staff here are all amazing. They are super nice and had me at ease for both surgeries. They are all very professional and kind. Thank you all for the great experiences.

Not very efficient with time and scheduling....pitiful!!!! Brought someone here for a 10am procedure....we arrived at 9:10am....checked in and filled out paperwork.....it is now 10:39 and ONLY 4 people have been called back! We won't be back here and would NOT recommend the use of this facility!!!! Finally took her back at 11:15.....3 hrs into their day they were 1 hr and 15 mins behind!! Imagine if all jobs had that luxury.....nothing would be accomplished....and if we were just 15 mins late, we would have to reschedule. This place thinks THEIR time is precious but the patients time is not....

Amazing staff. Very accommodating and compassionate. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Hope I don’t have to see them again, but definitely feel secure if I have to go.

I had shoulder surgery on 1/15/2021. I was highly impressed with the way the place is ran and more so with the people who work there. Nobody likes having surgery done on their body and I know this sounds crazy but I couldn't have went to a better place for what I had done. I highly recommend them. I also give Dr. Lucas Richie kudos on his surgery skills. The center itself made sure my lady was kept it informed and up to date on everything both while there and anything for once we returned home. My highest recommendations goes out to premier Orthopedic surgery center in Nashville.

Supposed to call other number , didn’t give me directions, told me I was going to be in a sling for 6weeks so I went to the fair on a Thursday .
