Great place to get MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, or just X-rays. The place is clean & the staff are friendly & professional. For X-rays, the wait can be short, for MRI, the wait time is usually longer, sometimes 30 - 45 minutes. I've had several MRI's there, a CT Scan, plenty of X-rays, & one Ultrasound, so Premier Radiology is definitely my preferred Imaging Specialist. The office wait can sometimes be a little long, but I highly recommend their services!

What a wonderful group of professional men and women. Very informative and genuine love and care during my surgery. Highly recommend company they obviously have a 5 star hiring manager! Keep up the good work Premier.

They have rescheduled me three times for the same procedure claiming they didn't have approval from my insurance. Well my insurance says they haven't submitted anything for approval. Now I can't get an answer no matter what time of day I call and no one will return any calls or messages

Be VERY careful about using this group. They KNOWINGLY send biopsies out of network (even when YOU have covered all of your steps to ensure you'll receive only in-network service ) and the worst part is: THEY KNOW THEY ARE SENDING SAMPLES TO out-of-network FACILITIES! It's just easier for them to do so. Then, you are stuck with the bill. No patient should be treated this way and they are impossible to reach on the phone. I was NEVER informed at the time of service, by Dr. Jack Friday, or informed that my sample would be sent to an out-of-network provider at any point in this process. There will never be a next time for me with any of these physicians or facilities, and I highly recommend if you have to use them, to literally take YOUR OWN SAMPLE to a provider in YOUR network!Avoid this unethical practice.

Cesar at Premier Radiology White Bridge location is the nicest person I've ever met in Healthcare. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and he has a very calming and positive energy. I have generalized anxiety and he put me at ease by educating me about the process and checking on me throughout. Super thankful for Cesar!

They provide testing for medical issues. I have been to several locations in Nashville and never had a problem until recently. There are two new women at the front desk at the Charlotte avenue location. One of them is extremely rude. People do not go into Premier Radiology unless they are sick and need testing for a major medical issue. So if you are 5 or 10 minutes late or even 15 minutes late is it necessary for one of the receptionists to say... "Since you were late..." Loud enough to make sure that someone else heard it. She then purposely had me wait an hour in the lobby for my mammogram. Then was extremely dismissive when telling me that I can't get a mammogram today after an hour wait. I called to speak with her boss and never received a return call.. I can only assume that it is acceptable to be dismissive, rude and disrespectful to certain people I'm not sure which type of people, She likes being purposely nasty too?(🗣️@jkhunter1 on IG, MUA)

Awful place. IF you don’t mind waiting HOURS to be seen, then my all means go here. This is most incompetent place.

I would give it a ZERO if I could, I got there at 8:00am when they opened and signed in and they said they would call me up front to get registered, well at 9:30 I go up to where I signed in and said she would registered me in, then they called me back up there at 10 am and said it would be another 30 minutes or more,I said never mind I have done wasn't 2 hours here. So very bad service. I would have to be on a vacation to go back there because you might as well get ready for a long wait.

The Premier Radiology location on Whitebridge Road is a very nice location. It is easy to get to from the interstate. Parking was easy. I found the waiting area and restroom to be very clean and Tidy. The staff was beyond friendly and nice. They took care of everything. However my father can hardly walk. They provide a handicap wrap into the location but it is very long. It’s a very long walk from the bottom of the ramp into the building. Be prepared if you need to bring someone needing to use this access.
