My first meeting was very pleasurable. Dr. Otto and the staff were kind, polite and informmadable. The day of my surgery everyone from checking to when I was wheeled out was so kind. Receptionist, nurses, doctors. Was probably the best experience I've ever had going to the doctor. Thank you so much everyone!

Dr Otto is great! He is very knowledgeable, informative and kind. He did a total knee replacement on my right knee and my surgical, post op and healing has been wonderful. I couldn’t have had better care and results from anyone else. I highly recommend him. My new knee feels great.

Knowledgeable, easy going, all questions answered, step by step explanations, very likable, knee replacement done- 6 weeks later I’m ready for the other one-BUT I have to wait another 6 weeks. ?? Will be well worth it??

Dr. Robert Otto intentionally along with his friend Dr. Michael Rickner scammed $600.00 from me online. Dr. Robert Otto provided his PayPal account to receive the money that was to be "helping" a friend. None of this is true and I have asked Dr. Robert Otto to repay the funds and he has not responded with any intent to do so. Below is a picture showing the actual money transfers that were in fact sent. I just felt people should know the kind of person Dr. Robert Otto truly is.09/28/2020: I am not a patient and if you had READ my REVIEW you would see that this is not a PATIENT complaint. I have no desire to talk to your office. Dr. Robert Otto should quite scamming people out of their hard earned money and repay the money taken the same way he received it!12/22/2020: I hope that you remember the awful things you have done Dr. Robert Otto this holiday season scamming hard earned money from the working class that are struggling all the while with your nose in the air. Karma will visit you one day, I’m certain of that.

I had the "Same day knee" surgery and I did so well! I drove to Nashville TN from Huntsville AL. I checked into the hospital around 4:30AM and I was home by 4:30PM the same day. My physical therapist were amazed at how fast I progressed!
