100% the best all the way around! I'm cancer free! PTL!
Initially care was great but in the end something went terribly wrong. The factor that my wife was dying was never discussed with me. When nurses tell you that they'll stay with your wife while you take a soda break. Twenty minutes when you return there's no nurse in the room, there's no monitoring equipment turned on other than oxygen, and my wife is dead. I had to go to the nursing station and tell them she wasn't breathing. The nurses than came into the room and pronounced her. Also her wedding ring is missing and noone can locate it. The sympathy card that I received from the nurses was sweet. To bad it had the wrong last name on it
They told us that my father had NO cancer on 12/13/2024 and released him to a rehab facility. On January 23rd we were back in the ER and found out he was eating up with cancer. My father passed away on 02/16/2025. My dad went through hell with all the tests and biopsies they done on him when he was there in December. And then when he came back a month later, and was ate up with cancer. How did they not catch this? I will be seeking an attorney. I think if they would have found it the first time, my dad would probably still be here today. We hated everyone there, besides a few nurses. They are all rude. No communication at all. I had to call the chief of staff just so I could get a phone call back from the doctors . Do not take your loved one there if you want them to come out alive.
My sister was sent here and told she has cancer no follow up appointments are anything.. They discharged her without a plan.. now the charge nurse at 3C is being rude over the phone when I ask why did they discharge her.. I do not recommend this place to anybody.. They will send your loved one home to die
This is a great hospital my Mom has received great care everything has been explained to us all of the nurses are kind, wonderful and compassionate people the check in staff are wonderful people also we are so glad our Mom was able to have her procedure there.
My mom had her gall bladder removed by Dr. Polk at the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center. The nurses Catlin, Ava, and McKinley, all were awesome! The CNAs did great as well! From my mom being prepped for surgery, communication during the surgery, recovery, to being discharged, they were on top of all the details and kept me well informed. Also, Trish at the receptionist desk was very welcoming. My mom is home, doing well and we’re praying for a speedy recovery. Thank you to Dr. Polk, his assistant and staff! You guys totally rock!
Wasn’t what I expected out of Centennial.
I had a wonderful experience here with my hysterectomy. The nurses were amazing, caring and attentive. Nurse Edith, London, and Grayson to name a few were very attentive to my needs while I was admitted. My wonderful surgeon Dr. NumNum is a rockstar explaining everything to me every step of the way and making sure I was comfortable.
Not impressed with this facility at all lack of professionalism and basic lack of communication for this to be considered one of the best .not sure where they get this from memorial hospital in Chattanooga 10 to 1 better hospital I was referred to this Dr and only seen him 3 times in 3 weeks
I feel compelled to share my deep disappointment and frustration with the quality of care my sister has been receiving at Sarah Cannon. It's disheartening to see that the medical team seems to be lacking in their commitment to patient care and well-being. her pain medication was delayed by two hours, causing her unnecessary discomfort and distress. This is not just about punctuality, it's about the basic human right to pain relief and comfort, especially for someone in a vulnerable state of health. Moreover, her blood pressure has been consistently low for an entire day, a situation that warrants immediate attention and intervention. Yet, no one has deemed it necessary to call in a cardiologist. This is not just negligence, it's a blatant disregard for a patient's health and well-being. I am sharing this not to shame, but to raise awareness and hopefully bring about change. Healthcare is not just about treating diseases, it's about caring for individuals, respecting their needs, and ensuring their comfort. I hope that Sarah Cannon can reflect on this and improve their services. We trust you with our loved ones' lives, please don't let us down.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
