Treatments by Anthony continue to be profoundly transformative and lastingly effective. Every treatment is different because, as he says, we are different every day, so we respond differently to each treatment. The administrative/office experience is gentle, kind and efficient. All sessions (semi-private and private) are extremely effective in treating not only pain, but in me leaving feeling much healthier, overall. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and breathing better. My blood sugar readings have improved and I must attribute some of that to these treatments, in combination with work with my internal medicine doctor. Anthony's treatments uniquely effective. And, by the way, he has an exceptionally "painless" touch to his art, so there is absolutely no discomfort in any part of the treatment.

I have been going to Seven Directions for over a year. All of the practitioners are educated, friendly, and professional. The clinic is clean and peaceful. I love the semi private acupuncture for my self care. As a massage therapist here in the Nashville area, I understand the need for self care. Without my regular acupuncture, it would much more challenging to have my body and mind ready to take care of other people. Judith is just a wonderful human being. She also teaches and practices Medical Qi Gong. I participate in her Dragon’s Way Qi gong class in addition to acupuncture. Cody is my regular acupuncturist and he is simply amazing. He focuses in on my needs and I always feel lighter in spirit, relaxed and ready to take care of my family and my clients after a session. It’s is simply amazing, effective, gentle care that works.

Tony is friendly, calm and very skilled. He creates a chill environment where I felt he was there for me even if he had other clients there. I had a personal session --he also helped alleviate hip pain completely on a prior visit.

Anthony made me feel very comfortable and was very professional and personable. This was my first time doing acupuncture, and I felt very relaxed and a little fog-brained afterwards, but the next day, I felt completely healthy and happy! Thanks, Anthony! I'll be back soon!
