The process to get started was very smooth and effortless. I appreciate the time everyone took to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a therapist to ensure I had a good match. The follow-up is stellar! I feel that my therapist is great match! She is very responsive and follows up with me in a timely manner. I was hesitant about starting therapy but Silver Lake Psychology eased those concerns!

Terrible I had an appointment on a Monday at 3, don't get a call until 3:30, then 30 minutes later the guy is in a rush to get off phone, asks if he could call tomorrow Tuesday, I said fine and he never called. Then I see in my email today he sent a link for a session yesterday for 3PM, a week later? I'm like what? I sent him a response just a little while ago with all the proof so there's no denying this at all. I have both emails confirming both appointments, Monday and Tuesday, I also have my phone logs that will show he called 30 minutes late on Monday and nothing on Tuesday! I left this place a review and they never even responded to me. I tried to leave another review explaining I just got this email for a session yesterday but it would not let me send it so I don't know maybe you only can do one review, that's why I decided to come here. I think for them it would of been better to of left it on their direct review area but it didn't work so here it is in public for everyone to see! I can't say anything bad about their therapists except what happened here, I mean a little communication goes a long ways. I'm a very forgiving person, I get it we all screw up but a week later trying to send me a session as if this was the appointment, sorry I have the email showing the appointment was for a week prior! So, I just figure if this is what I am seeing at the get go I think I will get going somewhere else or just ride this misery out somehow with Gods help!

They discriminate depending on your diagnosis and when youre asking for services not even related to said diagnosis they push you out and wont help you. they refuse service and discriminated against me due to an outdated 8 year old diagnosis that I specifically said I DID NOT want the therapy for. I wanted therapy for a current medical issue. NOT AN OUTDATED DIAGNOSIS. However they wouldn't even let me do talk therapy. They pushed me out the door. This is discrimination.
