Smiley aesthetics is just the absolute BEST! I trained with them a year ago for the first time, and I have taken multiple advanced trainings with them since then. It’s crazy to look back at all that I’ve done with what I learned from them. They set you up for success as an injector. It’s not easy to make it in the aesthetics world- but with some motivation and smiley aesthetics backing you up- you can do anything!!!! Shoot for the start injectors! ✨

Very disappointing experience with specifically with the director, Mercedes Hester. I initially booked a service and paid the deposit, which was supposed to go toward my appointment. However, Mercedes informed me that she had double booked and asked if I could reschedule. I told her I would need to check my availability and get back to her. She canceled my appointment but never refunded my deposit. She was VERY quick to communicate when booking, but then completely ignored my messages when I reached out about my refund. Being ghosted by the director of the business after she double booked me is crazy and extremely unprofessional. It's almost as if my deposit just went straight into her pocket. Because of this experience, I'll never book here again, and I want to warn others. If this is how the director handles customers, I can only imagine what the overall service is like. Do better. Edit to add: My review is accurate. I never manually canceled my appointment, nor was I ever in a portal to do so. So I’m not sure how you’re seeing that. All communication happened over Messenger, which was the only method provided.

I’m so in love with my results from Smiley Aesthetics! As a model, I was blown away by how natural and beautiful my results turned out—I had no idea filler could do this! As an independent injector, the experience has inspired me to take an advanced class. I’ll probably opt for a smaller group or one-on-one training, but I’m so impressed with the expertise and high standards here. Highly recommend for both clients and fellow injectors!
