The quality of care has been top notch. The office experience was wonderful the lady at admissions was very private with everything. She made me feel much better because she was able to answer every question I had. The type of care has been wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone.

This place is a godsend. Little patient load so it's nowhere near the other place, BHG, in terms of wait times. They really respect your time here, and the counselors and front desk staff are so very kind and caring. I'm so glad I found out about this place. This is the best place to go if you're looking for a more personal, friendly place. I can't recommend them enough.

I guest dosed here after Christmas and they were really amazing! It took me only a few minutes and they had everything ready. Id forgotten my box at my moms house and they even had bags to buy for my take home. They pulled my guest dosing info up in like 3 minutes and ive heard horror stories about othee facilities losing paperwork and stuff so I was worried bc my only other experience w guest dosing was a 2hr wait in Asheville NC. It was faster than my home treatment center lol. If I ever come back to Nashville I'm definitely coming back here! Very nice and helpful staff too!

This place was great to me and my stepsister; she was stuck, struggling, and none of the staff made her feel judged or 'less than'. They got her on a good treatment plan pretty efficiently, after only some wait time. Just figured it'd be good to spread the word - the place is legit if you need help with anything like this.

The staff here is incredible. The lady who checks you in when you first get there is so kind and helpful. You can tell she GENUINELY cares. I left BHG because they just treat you like a number. CTC treats you like they care. I’m so glad they’re here. It shows you how you’re SUPPOSED to be treated.

The staff is very nice and helpful. My first day i seen the Doctor and was in out with my first dose in under 3 hrs. No wait time is the best part im in an out in 10-15 min tops daily. I recommend this treatment center for everyone you will not be Disappointed!!!
