Dr. Otto replaced my hip and knee this year and both surgeries went great. I have regained mobility and a much better quality of life. I would recommend Dr.Otto and southern joint for anyone needing a joint replacement.

I loved everyone. They were so nice and helpful. Getting ready to go back next week for my other shoulder. I have no fears at all. Dr. Willis was my surgeon. Thanks.

Dr Matthew Willis and the team at SJRI are great! My right shoulder was injured in a MVA, and I had a previous surgery to repair the rotator cuff from another the provider. The repair did not last due to the extent of the injury. From the time I contacted SJRI and Dr Willis, they were professional and friendly, working with me. I had to have a reverse total shoulder replacement, which was explained and done in a timely manner. Everyone at SJRI, Tristar Centennial, and Dr Willis were fantastic, my shoulder/arm feels the best it has since the accident. I am able to use it with no pain, and back to a normal life. Thank you Dr Willis, your PA Alison, and the team at SJRI!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Matthew Christie and the entire staff at Southern Joint. Dr Christie did a total knee replacement for me and the entire process was so easy. The staff is absolutely wonderful and really care about you. They either called or text me every day for several weeks after surgery. Best experience I have ever had before and after a surgery. I highly recommend Dr Matthew Christie.

The employee's at southern hip replacement are the best. The day of my surgery I got lost trying to find the place where I was to have the surgery done. I ended up crying.and was a mess, but I called and they walked me Thur where I need to be, once I was there the whole staff was so super great. There are no words to help express how thankful I was and am for them. If crowns could be handed out they deserve the biggest one. Donna Bandy

I recently received my new hip complements of Dr Hodrick. The office staff , including him have been great to me, responsive to my inquiries and I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone who is in need of having a joint replaced. I am a long term registered nurse and I did my research prior to selecting him and have been very happy with my decision. They are the full package . Thank you helping me .

I went to this practice due to glowing reviews from a friend. I waited some time to get in and I was early. I liked the doctor enough however he never actually looked at my knee and my MCL which I told him and his staff was swollen had fluid around it. All he did was look at the X-rays and held my leg up from the foot with my jeans in place and pronounced everything looked great. And then sold me an oversized and price knee brace that I won’t wear. It doesn’t fit. And no my insurance did not cover it due to deductible. So I am still seeking a good orthopedic specialist I guess I have to drive 1.5 hours to so to my former doctor in Franklin.

In the beginning it was all cool, I will say the Facility has amazing Doctors. It’s just this receptionist, and this one nurse technician that gives me mixed vibes. First off the receptionist couldn’t find me in the system my first appointment. Eventually she was able to find me. Another time I didn’t like how the x-ray tech mushed my head yeah she has a job to do, but honey be polite. Next I was waiting for a long time, and got hungry , and thirsty. I travel over an hour to this location. I get they are busy as I used to work in the healthcare line of business as well as a claims specialist. I said to the nurse tech that I wanted to speak to a supervisor to just let her know about the xray tech, and from there he wanted to know why instead he began to reply saying well we are busy with a little attitude in his voice. From there I got mixed vibes.
