Sport Ortho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

From the moment I walked into Sports Ortho East Nashville, I felt genuinely cared for. Verenice at the front desk is an absolute ray of light—warm, kind, and impressively efficient. Even during busy times, she manages everything with grace and attentiveness. Annie (Ortho) and Mary-Anne (Radiology Technician) are truly next-level. It's rare to find medical professionals who see so many patients yet still offer such sincere, individualized care. Being far from home—away from my family and friends in Australia—and in a vulnerable state, Annie’s compassion meant more to me than she’ll ever know. She’s a very special human being. And of course, Lauren and Trey are working their PT magic in the back. They’re fantastic. It's honestly remarkable that a place this busy maintains such a consistently high standard of care. Clearly, everyone here is doing something very right. If there's a bit of a wait—on the phone or to see Annie—know that it's because they’re giving each patient the attention and care they deserve. And you’ll receive that same level of care, too. I’m incredibly grateful to all of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Super easy quick in and out took great care of me!

I woke up in extreme pain in my legs and was able to quickly make an appointment at Sport Ortho Urgent Care. Annie was my physician and she was incredible. The medical care I received was thoughtful, thorough and I was treated with such respect and care. Wish all medical experiences were done with this level of professionalism and kindness. They helped me get me to immediately get my pain under control and while doing so gave me some great information about how to proceed with getting the right treatment. Can't recommend them enough!

Huge fan of sports ortho! Came into it with chronic hip pain from hip impingement/surgery and a total grouch from the pain and was able to after a few months go pain free after dealing with it for 2 years. And this was after trying a few other PT offices as well with no success. I recommend anyone but especially those who are athletically minded to give them a shot, it's definitely a far more personalized experience then most offices. I'd specifically like to recommend Trey, this guy has an eye for muscle disfunction like no other, I don't totally understand it but he has yet to let me down. I'd also say Lauren crushes as well, my girlfriend had a really great experience with recovering from shoulder surgery. Finally the emergency ortho is a really convenient service, for 200ish bucks the ability to get an xray and talk to a Orthopedic doctor quick can't be beat by the larger offices. It's the go to for me after any sporting injuries and several of my friends as well.

My experience here was amazing I came in hurting and really couldn’t move but going through physical therapy with Trae and Lauren I’m pain free and moving like I was way before my accident . Trae and Lauren are very supportive and caring for their patients thank you guys so much for everything

Lauren and Trey are the best physical therapists ever! And Dr MacCool is honestly, sincerely the single best orthopedic doctor there is anywhere. Everyone at this location is really amazing and the fact they all genuinely care alot about you as a patient, and show so much care every single time you're there, really helps and encourages you in dealing with whatever injury or issues brought you in initially. There's really no other experience anywhere else like with Sporto orthopedic at the Gallatin Ave location. And Verenice is the most caring sweetest and gentle coordinator at the front desk who is always really helpful and a pleasure to be around.

Following a restless night spent grappling with intense pain from a knee injury, I turned to the internet in search of a clinic that specialized in treating such injuries and accepted walk-in patients. I am truly grateful that I chose this facility for my treatment. The staff here are outstanding and prioritize patient well-being. I have never experienced such a high level of care in my life, despite having received medical attention on numerous occasions. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the remarkable staff for the excellent care and support they provided me today.

This was my first time using the clinic. I was in extreme pain and couldn’t fill out the paperwork and Verenice took over and filled out the paperwork on my phone. The x-ray technician Marianne needed to know the problem but also let me vent and took me for x-rays right away. The Doctor came immediately her name is Dr. McCool and she was so kind and awesome she also let me vent as well. I had been in pain with what I thought was a sprained ankle from January 5th and the healing was taking too long. Well come to find out I broke my ankle. These ladies were awesome the best place to go for your injury they will not waste your time. I left there filling like a million bucks with how satisfied I was to be taking care of.

I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic—they’ve truly been putting me back together and helping me return to my normal routine. I can’t say enough good things about Lauren and Trey! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also make every session enjoyable. We always have a great time, and I genuinely look forward to going. What really stands out is how clear and communicative they are. They take the time to explain every step of the process so I understand exactly what I’m doing and why, which makes it so much easier to continue the exercises at home. I’m really thankful for their support, encouragement, and positive energy throughout my recovery.
