We dealt with our daughters issues for almost 5 months and were referred to Dr. Dorris. We got right in with her and she was so helpful. Our appointment lasted almost an hour because she was so thorough in looking at all bloodwork and tests that had been done. Dr. Dorris took the time to fully explain our child's diagnosis and what the treatment would be. She asked and answered lots of questions. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares for her patients!

Dr. Dorris was extremely kind and had a great bed-side manner. She was very thorough and patient in answering our questions. My child enjoyed talking with her and felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. The only downside is administrative - getting regular 6 month monitoring appointments with her is difficult as the Vanderbilt clinic prefers to have patients see a Nurse Practioner every other visit if their condition is stable. Even though, we highly recommend and will be going back!

Appointment wait time was ridiculous. We were there 4 hours and still do not have any answers. She had terrible bedside manners to be a pediatric physician. She seemed to be rushed and like she didn't have time to answer my questions or address my concerns. I do not feel like she was very thorough.
