I just want to say that I went to Stronghold Health due to a sever curve to the Spine. Literally cannot walk straight. They did such a fabulous job on me, I’m walking better already. This is the place to go.

I couldn’t recommend Stronghold Health enough! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have suffered from migraines for 15 years, and I have not had a single one since I began my adjustments at Stronghold. My back and neck pain have improved tremendously as well. 5 GOLD STARS!!!

Stronghold Health has been a saving grace for my neck and back pain. They not only provide various forms of treatment but they also educate on what the root cause of the pain is. They also share different exercises that will help prevent pain and injuries in the future. I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do to allow me to live my healthiest life!

Bulging disc for years in my L5/S1 and haven’t seen improvement like this ever! I have seen unbelievable improvement in my everyday movement and ability to do what I want. Everyone at the office is super friendly and willing to work with what you can do. Dr Max and Dr Zach have been amazing to work with!

I have absolutely loved my experience at Stronghold health! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the doctors are awesome! I came in with bad lower back pain from severe scoliosis. I felt relief within just a week and a few treatments! It’s been a great experience and highly recommend Stronghold!
