First visit and all went well. Not only were they proficient and efficient, they were willing to deal with my active granddaughters - very active granddaughters. And now that I have officially been diagnosed with hearing loss, I can't blame my wife for not speaking up any more. 😕

The worse customer service ever; do not buy hearing aids from Summit. Sold an outdated unit, no service and it’s been a inconvenience to obtain rechargeable batteries. Robin the current doctor is trying her best, but from unanswered calls to lack of follow up, money well wasted.
