I've been visiting TIH regularly for over three years now. From regular adjustments to supplement recommendations, and acupuncture to massage therapy, my physical and mental health have improved greatly. I'm so grateful for their judgment free approach to treatment. When you walk in to TIH, everyone meets you exactly where you're at. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here.

I had an incredible experience with Carley Ney while being 37 weeks pregnant. Carley was incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal care and took great care to ensure my comfort and safety throughout the session. The adjustments were gentle yet effective, and I felt significant relief from the back pain and discomfort that had been bothering me. Carley also provided valuable advice on positioning and stretches that helped ease the strain on my body. The office environment was calm and soothing, which was a huge plus during such a physically demanding time. I’m grateful for the attentive and personalized care I received and would highly recommend Carley to any expectant mothers seeking relief and a positive chiropractic experience. Also highly recommend the 15 min massage after adjustment!

I see Dr. Carley and Olivia! Both are SO incredible for my wellness journey, and I feel immediate relief after seeing them. They are so kind, attentive, and helpful. After a year of trial and error of finding relief and answers, I can finally say I feel a difference, and automatically felt less stressed and worried after my first session. I cannot recommend them enough for adjustments and acupuncture, and all your wellness q and a!

Great experience. Lauren Stemle took her time with me, explaining and discussing everything. Adding on the massage was a great bonus today for this sore back! Directions are very clear in where to park and how to get there. The online booking took was very easy to use.
